This private extended route gives Merzouga the time missing from shorter crossings. After the High Atlas, Aït Ben Haddou and Dades, guests stay at a Merzouga lodge, spend a full day around Khamlia and the desert tracks, then camel trek to camp before continuing through the Ziz Valley and Middle Atlas to Fes.
